University of Akron – Exchange Street Parking Deck

Project Description

This parking garage was a six (6) level, five (5) supportive level, 264,000 square feet parking structure and provides 1,364 spaces for the University of Akron.  We coordinated activities and accelerated original schedule for a three-month early turnover for Fall semester.  We provided pre-construction feasibility and constructability reviews.  A master schedule was developed in conjunction with the University, Creo Design, and BTE Enterprises.
