THOMARIOS is pleased to announce that it began construction of a 325 space parking deck in downtown Akron, at the corner of Broadway and Exchange. This deck will serve the 600 bed student housing project being constructed adjacent by The NRP Group. This post-tension, cast-in-place parking deck will use similar materials on the facade to match the student housing as well as the near-by campus. Construction completion is scheduled for June 1, 2014.
