Project Description

This parking garage was a Design/Build project completed for Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio. It was 208,000 square foot cast-in-place, post-tension parking structure, with 623 parking spaces. The parking structure was equipped with photovoltaic solar panels which provided energy savings for various systems throughout the structure.
